Maternity Leave

As many of you know- we are welcoming baby #4 in September. We are so excited to meet our new little daughter! I will be taking my maternity leave from August to October and will start shooting again in November. I've got a couple spots left for July and its never too early to get your fall session scheduled.

I was so honored to photograph the Calaway family tonight. The Calaway's just recently moved to Utah. As we headed down a trail James' young son proudly explained to me, "Dad has a hole in his leg. Now, he's a Vet." When Barbara held James tight I teared up thinking about how many times over the years she has probably held him like that before he has left for war. We are such a blessed nation. And I was so blessed tonight to photograph a family that sacrifices day in and day out for the freedoms we have.
